Custom built router table with fence, multiple fence boards, two Kreg finger boards, and all tools and accessories. A Bench Dog ProLift router lift with all accessories and tools is installed and included. Also, a Porter Cable 7518 5-Speed router with 1/4" & 1/2" collets and wrenches is installed and included. Table top is 36" wide by 27" deep and is 36" high (not including the fence system).

Table top is HP laminate (Formica) vacuum bagged in epoxy to an MDF core, with epoxy sealed edges (totally water resistant, won't bubble or delaminate). Fence is aluminum tube with a dust collection insert and ell with a 4" spring-loaded blast gate. The standard fence is about 6" high, and removable. There are a pair of half-fences, for an offset on the output side (with setscrews to adjust precisely). There is also a tall fence board, for better control of wide boards run through on edge. The finger boards can be set up as single or doubles, on the table or fences, and can accommodate a wide range of work piece sizes.

Table frame is has adjustable feet (no rocking), an expanded metal shelf (dust & chips fall through), and hooks or holders for all tools needed to set and adjust the lift, fences and finger boards. The table frame is welded and then powder coated. There is a switch on the front corner, with a paddle "OFF" (hit with your hip) and a long cord attached.

This is my smaller setup, and went out to the larger jobs we did. It was built up to do high quality production work safely and easily. Now I am basically retired, and this is simply not being used anymore.
