Looks like it was used to hold oil as there is something in the bottom looks sludgy. Could perhaps be rinsed out with solvent or gas and cleaned up. Or use it for another purpose? I am located near Hampden and Sheridan in SW Denver. I am just down the street from Sabin Elementary School at 3050 S. Vrain ST for reference.
