I run a small Consulting Company out of my home, and decided it would be a Great Idea to try my hand at running my own Pick and Place and basic Reflow oven setup for some products I was developing. In my 700 sq foot duplex. Turns out that wasn't a Great Idea.
Not because the THM-T36VA isn't reasonably capable- It is. But because running a Pick'n'Place in what most people would "a living room", is not really conducive of a happy home life.
I also have (2) Controleo3 Reflow Oven Build Kit's and the ovens for them in the garage that I never got to even assembling.
For the complexity of what I do, I'm happy to pay the experts at the local Denver PCB assembly shops build boards for me, rather than living in a machine shop when this thing is running.
Okay: What do you get: A Charmhigh CHM-T36VA. This one is stock, still running the original FW. The unit works, comes with the USB adapters, cables, and USB software on the key, but no laptop to use with it.

Jerry Walkers' videos were quite useful in getting mine running:

This is the same type of device shown in the video above- Mine is S/N V001234.
I also have the two Controleo 3 kits in another post- With the ovens that I never converted. I just haven't got the space to do what I do here, and I need what precious bench space I have in my living room for final test and assembly, which is considerably harder to do affordably than the actual assembly and soldering of PCB's, of which there are several good shops in Denver.
So let me know: Maybe you have the square footage to run your own Electronics assembly shop in your home. I, sadly, do not, because Pick'n'Place in your living room isn't really a Great Way to do this.
