It looks like one blue rail is missing but it is not. I just didn't buy a 4th blue rail because I didn't have any 1/2" drive metric sockets. Rails can be bought individually if you want a 4th blue one.

3 X 18" blue rails. 2 with 3/8" clips. 1 with 1/4" clips

4 X 18" red rails. 1 with 1/2" clips. 2 with 3/8" clips. 1 with 1/4" clips

Includes some extension holders.

2 sets of mounts

Rails are 10 to 13 each depending on clips
Extension holders are 7 or 8
Mounts are 9
