Only 3.5 inches high, it goes way under to get the cross member.
Foot pump to raise saddle quickly and "dead mans" lowering mechanism that requires lifting up and rotating the handle to lower.
O ring wheels make it roll quietly. Its got a long handle for good leverage and pumps all the way up with no let down at the top.
