Older NSS Thoroughbred 120 volt floor sander. The end broke off of the handle release lever so a pair of pliers need to be used to turn it. But other than that it works great. Used for residential and commercial VCT and vinyl jobs. Can be used for small buffing jobs. Low rpms are great for sanding- doesn't kick up much dust.
