Were hiring a detail-driven Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting in a commercial construction environment. Youll own key workflows like A/P, A/R, invoicing, reconciliations, and support job costing + budget tracking with project teams.

Pay: $65,000$85,000/year + performance bonus
Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Location: Chattanooga, TN

What youll do

• Handle Accounts Payable + Accounts Receivable (invoices, billing, collections support)

• Track vendor invoices, ensure accuracy, and process timely payments

• Reconcile accounts and maintain clean financial records

• Work with PMs on job costing, budget tracking, and spend vs. forecast

• Process expense reports; assist with payroll coordination

• Prepare internal reports for leadership (weekly/monthly as needed)

• Support cash flow tracking, audits, tax/compliance documentation

• Keep digital + physical files organized and audit-ready
