The key responsivities involve service, installation, repair and instructions on our bean to cup coffee machines at customers' requests.
We perform routine preventative maintenance and deep cleaning of coffee equipment. We diagnose and repair mechanical, water,
electrical and software-related issues. We require accurate service records, reports and part inventory usage.
Required Qualifications:
2 plus years of experience in Customer field service repair & technical service maintenance. Experience with plumbing connections and basic electrical systems is a plus and familiarity with digital diagnostics using bean-to-cup equipment input/output tests.
