No lids, a couple of broken pieces. Original sets had 165 and 128 pieces, respectively, for a total of 293. There appears currently be 283 intact pieces, plus another 7 broken pieces that can be easily fit together and glued, for a total of 290 pieces. There are an additional 6 broken roof plank pieces that don't seem to fit back together cleanly, but they probably represent the remaining 3 original pieces. At this point, the pieces from both sets are mixed into the two barrels so I am not interested in selling the sets separately. Selling both together for $75.
