Condition: I purchased this from a retail store and it has been in my LEGO collection since then. It has never been opened and is in very good condition. The box is in very good condition. There are a few minor creases and some minor wear around the corners and edges of the box from being at retail and storage. The bottom of the box has a stamp showing “740R3” indicating it was produced in the 7th day of the week, in the 40th week of the year, in the Mexico factory, and in 2023.
