Dell Optiplex 790 Mid Tower PC. Freshly refurbished with clean install of Windows 10 PRO.

This was originally a Win7 with license PC that did the the free upgrade to Win10 (with license & activation for years). After reinstalling, with the same license number, now Windows won't activate. Works fine - makes a good off-line computer (once it goes online it will nag you to activate)
