Hi, we live in this beautiful studio, which is on the property behind the family home. We are interested in a short-term swap for your studio, apartment, cabana for the winter of 2026. We are interested anywhere warm, near the water.

If you are a mountain enthusiast, this is the perfect place for you. It's in west Denver right off the highway with direct access to the mountains, ie. Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, Copper Mtn.. The apartment is on a double lot, and you will have access to the shared yard with a lawn, pond, gazebo, and patio. You may do some gardening, run your dog, or enjoy the park with pool, volleyball, baseball, tennis, and basketball, which is just one block away.

In 2024, this unit was rented out for $1400 per month, so please keep that in mind when considering your proposal.
