I am seeking someone to take over my lease beginning Nov 1st (possibly earlier if more convenient) of a new studio apartment. I was the first tenant to live in this unit after the building was constructed. In unit washer/dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. Onsite gym, rooftop with grill and amazing views of the city. Incredibly convenient location, easy street parking (garage parking available for monthly rental). Renter must qualify through the management company RPM Living (income verification and background check I believe). The base rent is $1355, dogs and cats are ok with pet deposit and monthly pet rent, Google WiFi is installed and billed through the rental portal along with common area fees, trash, water etc.. Rent usually comes to a total of about $1565. Electricity is paid separately. Subleaser would be setup with the management company’s rental portal, all payments etc will be handled by them.
