Main Floor Spacious Master Bedroom with vaulted ceilings, Queen sized bed, large full bath, walk-in closet, refrigerator, microwave, new TV, kitchen supplies, and quality new mattress. Recliner, Linens provided. Ample drawer and closet space. The room is self-contained, so you don't have to use anything on the main floor area if you dont want/need to, but it is available. Please see pictures for full description.

Full kitchen and main floor living area would be used primarily by you, if you choose to use it, but is the main floor and accessible as a shared space.

The vibe here is laid back, quiet, we respect each-other's boundaries, practice great communication, and cohesiveness in living together. There are 2 people here, our current roomie is moving abroad, so you would take her place, and be the third.
The house is large enough that we each have our "own private spaces".

The area/neighborhood: It's safe, clean, quiet, and close to all main roads into Denver. Downtown Denver is 15 mins away. Very easy access to all roads into the mountains. Very centrally located to many amenities: parks, hiking, biking, Bear Creek lake park, shopping, town of Morrison, Golden, etc. Very close to Red Rocks Amphitheater. (see map for general area)
