Your roommate would be Larsen, a bird watching, LGBTQ+ friendly, respectful roommate. He’s usually pretty busy with work and school but we love a good chatting catch up when we’re both around. He has 1 cat named Thrasher who is adorable and tends to keep to himself.
The building is lovely- has a gym, a pool, roof deck, community events. They have free bike storage, paid parking (free and plentiful street parking). Our unit is gorgeous, feels brand new with the view of the mountains through all of our windows.
