The Apache Recon is a do-it-all ski. The 78mm waist plus titanium metal laminate construction means it carves hard on groomers and ice but still floats in soft snow and crud. K2’s MOD Monic damping smooths out vibration at speed. This was K2’s go-to high-performance all-mountain ski for years, built for intermediate to advanced skiers who want one ski that handles the whole mountain.
