Powerblocks Adjustable Dumbbells with Stand. Each dumbbell can be adjusted from 10 lb to 45 lb in 2.5 lb increments.

Weight increments are as follows (the chart on the stand does not correspond to the weight increments on the dumbbells):
- Empty handle: 10 lb
- Additional blocks (white, purple, green): 10 lb each
- Removeable adder weights: 2.5 lb each
