Size L but fairly adjustable. I wear L or XL depending on the item and it fits fine. Could be snugged down smaller or loosened up some to fit larger.
Has collar, lower flap (removable), full wrap-around sides, front and rear plate pockets. Two level III+ poly plates also available if interested.
It has been sitting in a cool, dry storage room and not seen any actual use.
