Alivio Massage Therapy is seeking one or two skilled, passionate massage therapists to join our thriving independent practice.
We’re a well-established independent massage studio with a loyal, long-term client base, strong word-of-mouth referrals, and a welcoming neighborhood feel. We specialize in deep, therapeutic, results-oriented bodywork and love collaborating with therapists who genuinely enjoy their craft and care about helping clients experience real change in their bodies.

Experience & Modalities
Required experience:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on professional massage therapy experience
- Strong proficiency in:
- Deep Tissue
- Myofascial Release
- Lymphatic Drainage
- Cupping Therapy
Willingness to work with post-operative clients, particularly for lymphatic drainage sessions, within appropriate scope of practice and protocols
Bonus (but not required):
- Sports Massage
- Prenatal Massage
- Hot Stone Massage
- Access Consciousness Bars (or willingness to learn)
- Other advanced bodywork or energy-based modalities

Compensation & Schedule
Independent Contractor (1099) Position
Starting at $40/hour + tips, with opportunities to earn more based on experience, modalities, and session type
Weekly payouts
Flexible scheduling — you set your availability
Studio availability 7 days a week, mornings and evenings
Most therapists work 4–6 hour shifts between 9am–9pm

Requirements
Current Colorado Massage Therapy License (kept in good standing)
Active professional liability insurance
Ability to deliver safe, effective, and therapeutic bodywork
Strong communication skills and client-centered approach
Commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality
Background check may be required prior to contracting

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, customized, results-oriented massage and bodywork
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients before, during, and after sessions
Maintain a clean, organized treatment space, including resetting the room between clients
Work confidently with a wide range of clients, including post-operative lymphatic drainage clients
Apply knowledge of anatomy and physiology for safe and effective sessions
Contribute to a calm, welcoming, and professional studio environment
