This was one of the original 'ASIC' style bitcoin miners. I used it myself for less than 6 months until I realized it wasn't worth it (I was in California at the time, and electricity was really expensive there)

So, then it went back in the box and sat on my shelf for 10 years.

Includes the original box and power supply. However, when in use I took the PCB out of the metal case for better cooling, and it looks like I didn't put it all the way back together, but all the parts are still there.
