This is a new Dell P2422H 24" Monitor, NIB with stand and cables. I removed it from the box once to plug it in, connect it, and confirm that it was working. You could buy it new on Amazon for $170 + tax, so I figure I'll discount it a bit for a grubby looking box. Use it as a TV or as a monitor. FHD monitors are generally preferable for gaming, but either way this will give you a crisp, beautiful image and is a good deal!
