Position Overview
As a Storm Restoration Project Manager, you will play a key role in our company’s growth and success. You will be responsible for managing leads, meeting homeowners, closing deals, and overseeing roofing and restoration projects from inspection through completion. This role requires strong sales ability, project coordination, customer communication, and the motivation to succeed in a fast-moving environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to combine sales, fieldwork, and project management while using modern tools that simplify inspections, reporting, and job tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners and inspect properties for storm-related damage.
Use our Inspection Damage Report Generator to create clear, professional reports that help speed up the inspection process and support customer communication.
Use our Job Management Tool to stay organized, track inspections, manage project tasks, and keep jobs moving efficiently with less manual follow-up.
Manage roofing and solar projects from planning through completion.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality work and timely progress.
Guide homeowners through the insurance claim and restoration process.
Communicate project updates, timelines, and next steps with customers.
Monitor job progress and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to trust, referrals, and successful project outcomes.
Requirements
Experience in roofing, solar, construction, or project management is preferred.
Sales experience is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with storm restoration, insurance claims, Xactimate, or similar industry tools is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven.
Comfortable working in the field, meeting customers, and managing projects in person.
Must be able to adapt to company systems and technology tools designed to improve speed and efficiency.
