High Impact is seeking a highly motivated, thick-skinned, and confident Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this position, you'll be on the frontlines helping homeowners restore their properties after storm damage. From the first knock to final inspection, you'll be the homeownerâs go-to expertâguiding them through the entire restoration process.
đ§ Your Responsibilities
Perform thorough property inspections to assess storm-related damages.
Meet with insurance adjusters to ensure fair and accurate assessments.
Oversee the project from start to finishâensuring top-quality restoration and customer satisfaction.
Go door-to-door to connect with homeowners in pre-qualified storm-damaged neighborhoods.
Use our proprietary weather-tracking software to identify high-opportunity areas.
Close deals, build relationships, and generate your own pipeline of leads.
