What does a Field Sales Representative do?
Drive to selected homes, within a designated territory, using a company provided vehicle and a supplied GPS navigator
Approach randomly selected households without an appointment
Conduct in-person interviews with potential families to ensure they meet established criteria
Input collected data into a computer and/or iPhone
Recruit families and get participants energized and excited about participating in TV Ratings
Maintain ongoing relationships with families
Connect and maintain the meter devices (training provided) in each successfully recruited household and ensure our equipment is operational

Friendly, approachable and comfortable meeting new people. Representatives are the type of people who would be described as “have never met a stranger’, have solid communication skills, and are likable.
Enjoy traveling to various parts of the market (50-100 mile radius). Resourceful multi-taskers and problem solvers who will do what it takes to troubleshoot technology challenges.
Love learning about new technologies. Install, maintain and troubleshoot proprietary hardware and software in our panel homes to capture three-screen audience measurements - Mobile, Online, and TV.
Enjoy competition, setting goals and achieving company metrics. Representatives can "knock on any door" with enthusiasm and confidence and have the grit and desire to be successful.
This job is ideal for someone who:
Can work in a non-traditional schedule, including evenings and maybe weekends (core hours that are typical of current Field Reps vary, as you are able to essentially create your own schedule, but peak hours for sales have been noted at 3 pm - 9 pm weekdays, and maybe 1 weekend day)
Demonstrate success in achieving predetermined goals
Navigates well with phone applications and tablets
Is able to drive and commute long distances, up to 200 miles per trip and able to be outside, in all weather and traffic conditions
Has demonstrates proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
