Sales Tech LLC is expanding and looking for driven Remote Appointment Setters to join our growing sales team.
This role is ideal for individuals who want flexibility, performance-based income, and a clear path into high-level sales roles—without cold calling.
You’ll be engaging with warm inbound leads only via Facebook direct messaging. We provide full training, proven scripts, and ongoing coaching to support your success.
What You’ll Be Doing
Message warm inbound leads via Facebook (no cold calls)
Qualify prospects using a simple, proven framework
Book and confirm calls for the sales team
Follow up to ensure strong show-up rates
Track conversations and performance metrics
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve results
Compensation & Growth
$100 per booked & attended sales call
10% commission on closed deals
Typical deal size: $3,000–$7,000
Commission-only (no income cap)
Advancement opportunities into Closer and Sales Manager roles
