We’re a busy granite, quartz, and marble fabrication shop looking for a reliable inside sales rep to manage incoming leads, follow up with customers, and close jobs. This is an in-office position working directly with homeowners, contractors, and builders.
You’ll be stepping into an active flow of leads. The focus is straightforward: respond quickly, quote accurately, and convert opportunities into booked work.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails
Prepare and send quotes
Follow up with leads consistently
Help customers select materials and understand the process
Coordinate with the shop on scheduling and production details
Track leads and job status
Requirements:
Sales experience preferred (construction or home services is a plus)
Strong communication and follow-up discipline
Organized and able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation:
Base pay: $20–$30/hour (based on experience)
Commission on closed sales
