Sky Manor Roofing is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious go-getter to join our performance driven team. This opportunity is perfect for someone who is highly competitive, handles rejection with confidence, and hungry for growth and advancement. As a Field Marketing Representative you will be responsible for generating leads by setting residential roofing inspection appointments in targeted neighborhoods.
This is NOT a desk job. This is NOT a cold calling job. This is a face to face marketing role with uncapped earning potential. No office required – you will work in assigned territories across the area.
This position requires no prior roofing experience, but some knowledge and experience in sales is preferred. We provide PAID training to set you up for success.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Valid U.S. drivers license and a reliable vehicle for transportation
Exceptional verbal communication skills
Minimum 1 year of sales experience
Door to door sales experience A PLUS
Background in construction, particularly roofing (preferred but not required)
Compensation:
Paid Training (First 60 Days):
$20/hr base pay
$50 per inspection (no limit)
$100 per contract signed (no limit)
Compensation review after 60 days based on performance.
*Typical earnings can range from $2,500 - $3,500+ (commission based, earnings depend on performance)

This is a seasonal 1099 contractor position, running from early spring through late fall. The typical schedule is Monday-Thursday, with at least one weekend day required.
