COMPENSATION (WHAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY MAKE)
• Base pay: $negotiable 1,000 a week for top per performers!
• Commission per set appointment: $25–$50
• Bonus per closed deal: $100–$300+
• Weekly & monthly performance bonuses
Average Canvasser: $800 – $1,200/week
Committed Canvasser: $1,200 – $2,000/week
Top Performers: $2,500+/week
CANVASSER VALUATION (WHAT YOU’RE WORTH TO THE COMPANY)
We believe in transparency — here’s what a standard canvasser produces:
• Doors knocked per day: 80–120
• Conversations: 25–40
• Appointments set: 2–5 per day
• Weekly appointments: 10–20
Company Value:
• Average roof deal: $10,000 – $20,000
• Close rate: ~30%
A standard canvasser generates:
• 3–6 closed deals/month
• $30,000 – $120,000 in revenue/month
