This is a high-speed, performance-driven recruiting role where your job is to bring in people daily.

⚡ What You’ll Do

• Generate applicants through job ads (Craigslist, Indeed, Facebook)
• Manage inbound leads (text, email, scheduling)
• Move candidates through our hiring funnel FAST
• Book and run interviews
• Hit daily and weekly hiring targets

📈 What Success Looks Like

• 50–100 applicants/day
• 15+ candidates into interviews
• 3–5 hires per day

💰 Pay Structure

• Performance-based (no cap)
• Paid per hire + retention bonuses
• Top recruiters can earn $5K–$12K+/month
