As we continue to expand, we’re looking to bring on a driven Sales Representative to help accelerate our growth.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team as a 1099 contractor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants the flexibility of managing their own schedule while earning uncapped commission.
You’ll be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and closing deals, while working closely with our internal team to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
Present and sell custom van upfitting solutions to potential clients
Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline
Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business
Collaborate with internal team members to execute projects efficiently
Attend in-person meetings 1–2 times per week for sales updates and planning
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Ability to manage your own pipeline and stay organized
Comfortable working as a 1099 contractor
Willingness to attend in-person meetings 1–2 times per week
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience in trades, construction, fleet, or van upfitting industries
Existing network of potential clients or industry contacts
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Experience with high-ticket or custom solution sales
Compensation
8% commission on top-line sales revenue
Minimum 40% margin required to qualify for commission payout
Uncapped earning potential based on performance
