I'm not a company and I'm not a recruiter agency. I'm one person, an independent contractor who sells windows and exteriors here in Denver, and I want to bring one or two people into this business and actually show them how it works.
That is the part most ads skip. You apply, you get a phone screen, and then you are on your own. What I am offering is different. You will contract directly with the window company, they will train you, and I will be in the field with you while you learn. If you hit a wall, you call me. That is the deal.
The role itself is appointment setting. You go out and talk to homeowners, qualify them, and book them for a consultation. No prior sales experience needed. Everyone starts here, including me. If you do well and want to move into closing, there is a path to do that, and the income goes up considerably from there.
The office is based in Denver. Work territory covers the Denver metro and the northern Colorado front range, including Fort Collins and surrounding areas.
The realistic expectation for a setter who shows up consistently and takes the training seriously is around $10,000 a month. You are paid weekly and you set your own schedule. This is 100% commission, so if you need a guaranteed paycheck to feel stable, this is not the right fit. If you are the kind of person who would rather bet on yourself than wait for someone to give you a raise, keep reading.
You need reliable transportation, a smartphone, and the ability to have a real conversation with a stranger. That is genuinely it.
If this sounds like something you want to know more about, send me a quick note with a little background on yourself and why commission-based work makes sense for you right now. I will read it and be in touch.
Principals only. Recruiters, please don't contact this job poster.
