KLN Brand Ambassador Description
Purpose:
• To assist retail partners in growing pet foods in their establishments.
Responsibilities:
• Motivate customer purchases by educating on features and benefits of NutriSource, PureVita or Natural Planet pet foods; answer questions, distribute literature, provide samples
• Confer with store manager upon arrival to location for appropriate demonstration location
• Set up display according to level of event; instructions will be provided
• Break down of display required after event
• Determine customer interest by assessing pet’s needs and facilitate sales by recommending formulas based upon consumer input
• Be an ambassador for KLN Family Brands; shouting companies praises
• Be able to function within stores, with flexible hours & schedule set up by Demo Coordinator
• Submit timely written report via email for speedy turn around in payment
Skills:
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (minimum 4 hour event times)
• Fast paced work environment; high volume retail locations
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs. at a time
• No animal allergies; you will be exposed to different types of animals
• Ability to travel with demonstration kits, demo table, tent (when applicable), and samples. Own transportation
• Must speak English
• Business attire and company apron
Compensation:
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work independently
• Part-time position with hourly compensation; majority of work on the weekends
• Must be able to transport demonstration materials, lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for 5 hours
