Over 25 years of experience in commercial electrical design. Full power and lighting design for small to large projects is provided. Permit drawings will include power and lighting plans, one-line diagrams, panel schedules, SC calcs, and Comcheck are also included.
My recent projects have included: multi-family housing, car dealerships, schools, site lighting, photometrics, coffee shops, office buildings, and restaurants. All electrical drafting will be provided.
Recent similar electrical permit drawings can be provided on request.
Any County review comments will be addressed immediately and at no charge.
The price and delivery schedules are given in the project scope agreement.
