Graduated High School right into college to become an Architect. Dropped out after two years because I hated school. Got heavy into construction building high end homes both custom and speculation.
Finished my degree after 20 years. Did Design / Build for the next 20 years. Due to my construction background my Plan Sets are superior.
Semi-retired now. No Employees. No Office overhead. Just me crushing it at my own pace. I’m fast, cost effective and create plans contractors appreciate.
Scope.
Let me know what you need. I can work from a blank slate to pictures, napkins or your as builts. No job too big or too small. I do simple deck additions for your HOA up to multimillion dollar homes with insane Design Committee requirements. Every job is important.
I only take on what I can take on so no excuses with ZERO delays.
Services include anything Residential from A to Z with heavy emphasis on details and presentation. Not interested in Commercial anymore. If you are a DIY General Contractor for your own personal project, I can help you with your Budgets and help layout Construction timeframes prior to construction. I have a very large Rolex of sub-contractors that can assist as well. Plus I can walk you through the Governing Jurisdictions for Permits.
