Hello,
I'm a semi-retired, former HR professional who once lived near Wash Park (St. Paul Ave) years ago, but am now in a new life chapter, looking to move back "home" to Colorado - not currently there! I'm just a really nice guy from Buffalo, NY - quiet, clean, respectful, etc. Not sure how long I'd like to rent a room, but I'm very open to duration, depending on our match, terms, etc and my hunt for a longer term option.
