Back looking for a room in an house (ideally) or an apartment in Denver, can move anytime. Prefer short term / month to month to start so its a good fit for all. Really hoping for off-street parking. Month-to-month works best to ensure all are comfortable and an easy, respectful parting of ways if clearly not a good match (rare). 30-days notice, start of the month until we're both good to go longer. I get along with just about everyone, so I don't expect much issue. Problems only occurred with a few that revealed themselves to have substance abuse issues....oh, and the narcissists. They're delightful. Seriously. You're not special. None of us are, so be decent and be kind. Narcissists, don't reply..please, just no.

non-smoker, hope to find the same, including no smoking outside. Tried that before, but ya know, smokers that seem not to realize smoke travels..and windows. Also, really hope no weed/420. The scent really bothers me, but I can adapt with *respectful* users that partake.

Might be surprised (or not) how many silly emails I get. Five, eight emails back and forth, and I'm still asking for the location and your rent $$ expectation. or it's obviously a scammer that anyone could spot after the first two sentence..fragments..

also, no, I won't give out personal info (or my photo? ...odd...) until there's a reasonable chance your place, setup, and housemates could be a good *mutual* fit. Please send essential details first, otherwise, how could anyone evaluate it? Truly. I will not send you my number or text you, no matter if you ask me another 4 times, unless you send have basic info. I've literally said to people after 3 emails, I still don't know your asking rent +/-$3,000 or location +/-500 miles, and you still think I'll send my number. you're a scammer. stop lying, stop whining. it's not hard.
