44 yr old professional guy (but at the same time, happily DIY getting my hands dirty ) looking for a room in a house or apartment. Please send some details of what you're renting out.
Would *really* like to end up sharing space with grown, responsible adults. Not specifying an age range, as I've lived with really good guys and girls +/-15 yrs my age. And also some people that turned out to be terrible humans....who, based on their behavior, I can't really consider adults, ha.
I don't smoke, no pets, keep things clean and tidy in common spaces. Been living downtown Denver, and hope to find something similar. No problem if you have a great space in Colorado Springs, but right now, it just can't work for me. Feel free to email me and I can keep you mind for next time.
