Master Space Requirements:
• Only locations considered: Golden or West Lakewood (NOT Arvada)
• Master bedroom with private bath only
• Garage space
• Not keen on a basement unless it is exceptionally bright, clean and feels roomy (no low ceilings)
• A lot of natural light
• Clean with no scents/odors; no cats!
• Well behaved dogs are great, open to helping out with care (I do not have a dog)
• Extra storage area for a few storage containers

• 800 credit score, outstanding rental history
• Flexibility with my move-in date (August or September) and will wait for right space to meet requirements below
