NEED ROOM TO RENT (Winter park/fraser)

This position is very part-time for me, as I travel often for my other job. Ideally, I'd love to find a super affordable spot since I already have another lease. I'm hoping to avoid commuting back and forth, so when I come to work, l'd prefer to stay for a few days at a time or a couple of weekends each month.
I'm not looking for anything fancy-just something clean and basic. I won't be moving in fully, so l'd only be bringing minimal stuff.
A little about me: I'm super easygoing and into all kinds of things-from game nights, movie marathons, and hiking to skiing and nights out.
I love animals, but I'm not a fan of cigarette smoke inside, but if you smoke outside or on a porch, that's totally fine
— just don't want the smell on my things.
