Hello, I'm a 37 year old male professional looking for a room or basement for rent. Or just my own larger section on a property. Zero drama. I'm very laid back and I love the outdoors. I work as a chiropractor in Highlands Ranch and near SW Plaza. I own a well behaved 1 1/2 year old cat that is strictly indoors. I also have a cacti collection that needs at least 6 hours of direct sun during the growing season. So ideally I need a place with a backyard/yard or sun facing balcony. I store them inside during the fall/winter when they go into hibernation. Having space for storing them would be nice but I can find someplace else for that if necessary. I can move into the right place immediately but I can also wait. Please message me if you have any questions. Thanks.
