Do you have a parent who is afraid to live alone? I am looking to share a home at a reduced rent. In return, I offer an element of safety as well as companionship. I offer 5-10 hours per month of household help. The homeowner gets a monthly income. I DO NOT offer home health care. I require either a basement apartment, preferably with a kitchen; or, I need two unfurnished bedrooms with a private bath. I am a quiet, respectful, non-smoking professional woman with a 12 .lb non-shedding dog. I have rented a townhouse for 9 years and can provide references. I am looking for close proximity to I-25 / I-225: Centennial, Lone Tree, Greenwood Village, Englewood, Parker or I-225/Belleview.
