Creative Professional Seeks Chill, Respectful Room or Studio

A little about me:
-----------------------
-Male, 40s, responsible and stable
-Spiritually grounded but not flaky (serious about growth, not drama). I'm looking to talk to anyone who is serious about meditation and the journey.
-Writer, artist, music-maker (mostly at respectful volume or headphones). Other hobbies include reading books, playing video games.
-Currently working in hotel management (that's how I pay the bills).
-Non-cig smoker, very light drinker (if at all), 420 friendly but I prefer to party outside the house with grown adults or nobody at all. I dont care what substance you ingest as long as you act like an adult at the end of the day.
-I'm looking to for 6-12 month room or longer studio/apartment situation.
- I used to live in Santa Cruz for a long time and I miss the spiritual vibe. I am only coming back because I want to be near a conscious community or at least be somewhere close to some nature.
-I was not born in America. Culture, intellect, good food, art, music, and reading books means more to me than have a big bank account. That being said, I pay my bills on time.

What I'm looking for:
---------------------
-Private room or small studio in or near somewhere downtown (but open to other areas)
-Ideally somewhere green, peaceful, and with room to think and breathe.
-Clean your dishes, pay your rent, be considerate and leave me out of most of your emo baggage if possible.
- I am definitely a cat person but all pets are good.
-Not LGBTQ roomie friendly. Prefer not to live with women shopping for bfs.
-Budget: Around $500–$1000 depending on space and situation.
Move-in: Flexible within the next 1–2 months.
-Open to work exchange but probably not long-term.
