Couple Seeking Room (West Side of Town)

We are a quiet, tidy, respectful, mature couple. He is 43, an established professional; COO of a fire system company. Works from home most of the time. She is 46, a breast cancer survivor on disability. Our lease is ending unexpectedly and we are in dire need of a room/apartment.

Seeking an arrangement with minimal stairs that doesn't have a problem with her service dog. She does use medical marijuana for her cancer as well. Preferably the west side of town (Arvada/Wheatridge/Lakewood), but we're pretty desperate.
