Clean, Responsible Professional Seeking Room Near Golden/RTD (Golden)

I work full-time at Molson Coors and use RTD to get around, so being near public transportation is important to me. I can provide proof of income, verified rental history, landlord references, and I can pass a background check.
A little about me: I’m clean, respectful, quiet, and responsible. I don’t smoke cigarettes or use drugs, and I prefer to live in a drug-free home. I’m okay if someone smokes 420, as long as the home stays respectful and clean, but I personally do not use 420 at all. I drink socially, but I’m not a big partier and usually keep a steady routine.
I enjoy skiing, mountain biking, hiking, camping, traveling, and pretty much anything outdoors. I’m also LGBTQ-friendly and open to living with anyone who is respectful, clean, and easy to communicate with.
I also have a mini Bernedoodle who weighs 36 pounds. He is neutered, up to date on all shots, well-behaved, does not shed, and does not use the bathroom in the house. He is good with other dogs, though I’m not sure how he does around cats. I keep him well-groomed and have him professionally groomed once a month. When I travel, he either comes with me or stays in boarding.
I’m very clean, always pick up after my dog, and clean up after myself. I’m looking to move soon and would love to find a respectful, comfortable place that feels like a good fit. I’m also open to teaming up with someone to get an apartment together if the situation makes sense.
