We are looking for two roving concierges (one FT and one PT) that will visit various properties and conducting certain inspections per measurements request nightly.
Open shifts as follows:
Sunday
1800-0400
(8-hours, no driving required)
Monday-Wednesday
2200-0400
Thursday-Saturday
1800-0400
(8-hours, no driving required)
Overtime required as needed with short notice in day one of service requests.
Rate of pay 18.00 for the first 90-days.
Day one, 100.00
retention bonus for no call-call off per pay period, for a total of $200.00 per month.

2-weeks paid vacation after one year of full-time yearly service.
500.00 per month car allowance (required to use own car with 25.00 fuel card allowance per shift).
