Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, reliable, and personable Doorman / Front Desk / Concierge to join our team, a prestigious 10-story luxury condominium community in Denver’s vibrant Uptown neighborhood. This role is the welcoming face of the building and plays a vital role in delivering stellar customer service, managing packages and deliveries, and ensuring resident safety and satisfaction in our high-end residential environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents, guests, and visitors with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor
Provide exceptional concierge-level service, assisting residents with building amenities, and daily needs.
Receive, log, and securely manage all incoming packages, deliveries, groceries, and mail while ensuring timely notification and distribution to residents
Monitor and manage guest access, logging visitors and ensuring proper clearance
Oversee building security by monitoring surveillance systems and access points
Perform regular patrols of the property and enforce building policies courteously
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide accurate information
Serve as a liaison between residents and building management, communicating updates, events, and maintenance schedules
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk / lobby area
Respond to emergencies, coordinate with management, and contact emergency services when necessary
Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
Perform other duties as assigned by building management
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in hospitality, security, concierge, front desk, or customer service preferred
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude
Strong time management, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
Basic computer skills for front desk systems and communications
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Additional Requirements:
Active or ability to obtain a Denver Merchant Guard Card upon hire (required)
Reliable transportation to and from the property
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (handling packages, assisting with luggage, etc.)
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Professional appearance and a strong commitment to stellar customer service
Compensation
Starting wage: $20 per hour
