Centennial Water and Sanitation District is currently accepting applications for Seasonal Water Conservation Intern positions. Applicants must have a desire to provide excellent customer service and innovation to our Highlands Ranch community.
The primary responsibilities of our Water Conservation Intern Positions are:
• Assist with ensuring that our customers comply with rules and regulations
• Provide information and educational support.
• Assist other staff members with special projects as needed
• Develop a water conservation project to be completed by the end of the summer
These are seasonal positions working twenty (20) to forty (40) hours per week. Schedule will vary beginning as early as 6 a.m. and ending as late as 10 p.m. Weekend shifts are required from May to September.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and be a minimum of 18 years of age. A valid Colorado driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record are required. Applicants attending a college or university with a course of study focusing on water resources, horticulture, engineering, and natural resources or related fields are preferred.
Starting pay is $12.00 per hour.
