No leaks, can buy a cover for it if needed. Will drive by once a week to start & drive around block. Just used to store old clothes & basic house stuff I'm trying to sell.
Currently pay public storage 80 a month. Must be in 80112 near airport not trying to be to far from work. No apartments or streets.
