Technology Support Engineer / Systems Engineer (Littleton)

K3 Technology is in search of a motivated and experienced Support Engineer/Systems Administrator. We are a fast paced and growing managed services provider with a focus on exceptional customer service and service delivery. It is also one of our main priorities to ensure that our clients’ systems run as smoothly as possible through proactive monitoring and maintenance. We are also providing a wide range of MSSP services for our clients which we implement, manage and monitor.

In addition to assisting with our day to day service delivery and support operations, candidates may be assigned projects and implementations focused on the following products and hardware:

- Microsoft Intune
- BitLocker
- Proofpoint and other email security
- Configuration of VMware & Hyper-V servers and virtual machines
- Configuration of network equipment such as Sonicwalls, Cisco Meraki switches and WAPs, Cisco SG switches, and more
- Veeam Backup
- Windows Azure WVDs using Nerdio
- VMWare Horizons

Applicants should have experience with the following technology:

- Microsoft Windows Server 2012 - 2019
- Windows 10
- Microsoft 365 products, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Security and Compliance, Advanced Threat Protection, and Intune
- Email security products such as Proofpoint and Mimecast
- RMM technologies like N-Central, NinjaRMM, Connectwise Control
- Advanced Antivirus and EDR products (preferably SentinelOne)
- Cisco Meraki
- Cisco SG Series Switches
- VMWare
- Windows Azure
- SSO and MFA Products like Duo, Authenticator apps, Okta, etc.
- Scripting with Windows PowerShell
- Great documentation skills (bonus points if you are experienced with creating network diagrams)
- Support desk platforms like ZoHo, ZenDesk, etc.

K3 Technology is growing at a fast rate and we are motivated to add talent to our team.
