Workplace IT is seeking a IT Support Specialist to join our team! You will resolve computer, POS, printer and pay terminal issues for our clients. You will also assist with implementations and help our senior staff with tier 2 issues. This is a fast-paced environment with a lot of room to grow and learn different technologies. This is a full-time position for the right person. Remote and on-site work is necessary. Travel to clients within the Denver Metro is required. You will be reimbursed for your travel expenses.

Provide technical assistance with desktops, POS, printers and more
Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
Track customer issues and resolutions
Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Positive and professional demeanor
2-5 years experience with:
Computer and server hardware troubleshooting and repair
Windows 7, 8 and 10
POS experience with Micros, Elos, etc.
Printer experience with Zebra, STAR and DYMO
